Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement best-in-class Controlling structures, processes, and systems to enhance standardization and harmonization of international Controlling and Reporting processes.
  • Lead the development of global reporting into state-of-the-art intelligence.
  • Drive global Controlling transformation, initiatives, and projects, aligning with our company's strategy.
  • Collaborate with your team and global community to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to your team members, empowering them to excel in their roles.
  • Promote continuous optimization with Finance colleagues in country organizations.
  • Support colleagues with training on new or existing processes.
  • Take on project responsibility for or participate in cross-functional optimization projects, working in international and interdisciplinary teams.

What We're Looking For

  • A business studies graduate or equivalent education.
  • At least years of professional experience in External Consulting, Inhouse Consulting, and/or Controlling, with knowledge in different controlling areas.
  • Experience in leading and motivating international project teams or disciplinary teams.
  • Well-founded knowledge of SAP ERP, mainly in module CO, with an understanding of customizing and system affinity to planning and reporting systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge in business process management BPM topics, such as process modeling and documentation.
  • Proven analytical and process-oriented working style, with a distinct entrepreneurial and process-related understanding.
  • Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously, with a holistic thinking approach.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to work in a team.
  • Experience in international and cross-functional cooperation, project management, and moderation in English.
  • Fluency in English (C1) and a good command of German (B2), with further foreign language skills an advantage.
