Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of global reporting into state-of-the-art intelligence, enhancing our standardization and harmonization of international Controlling and Reporting processes.
  • Drive global Controlling transformation, initiatives, and projects, aligning with our company strategy.
  • Collaborate with interfacial departments and global process owners to ensure seamless integration.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging your analytical and process-oriented skills.
  • Provide guidance and support to your team, empowering them to excel in their roles.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, and continuous learning.
