Job Title: Executive Manager Controlling Excellence

We are seeking an experienced Executive Manager Controlling Excellence to join our team at Dr. Oetker Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving best-in-class structures, processes, and systems in Controlling.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global Controlling strategies to enhance standardization and harmonization of international Controlling and Reporting processes.
  • Lead the development of state-of-the-art intelligence through global reporting.
  • Drive global Controlling transformation, initiatives, and projects aligned with company strategy.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, empowering them to excel in their roles.
  • Promote continuous optimization through active contact with Finance colleagues in country organizations.
  • Support colleagues with training on new or existing processes.
  • Take on project responsibility for or participate in cross-functional optimization projects in international project teams.
Requirements:
  • Business studies or equivalent education.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in External Consulting, Inhouse Consulting, and/or Controlling.
  • Experience in leading and motivating international project teams or disciplinary teams.
  • Well-founded knowledge of SAP ERP, particularly in module CO, with an understanding of customizing and system affinity to planning and reporting systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of business process management BPM topics.
  • Proven analytical and process-oriented work style, with a distinct entrepreneurial and process-related understanding.
  • Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously, with a holistic thinking approach.
  • Flexibility and enjoyment of working in a team.
  • Experience in international and cross-functional cooperation, project management, and moderation in English.
  • Fluency in English (C1) and good command of German (B2), with further foreign language skills an advantage.
