Job Overview:

  • Drive the development of best-in-class Controlling structures, processes, and systems at Dr. Oetker.
  • Enhance the standardization and harmonization of international Controlling and Reporting processes.
  • Evolve global reporting into a state-of-the-art intelligence platform.
  • Lead the global Controlling transformation, initiatives, and projects in alignment with the company's strategy.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment where every member feels valued and empowered.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team while encouraging individual contribution and growth.
  • Collaborate actively with Finance colleagues to drive continuous optimization.
  • Participate in cross-functional optimization projects within an international setting.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Professional experience in External Consulting, Inhouse Consulting, or Controlling.
  • Experience leading and motivating international teams.
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP system and expertise in MS Office.
  • Skills in business process management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
  • Flexible, team-oriented, and proficient in English and German.
