About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to join our team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. As a Business Development Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our Mergers and Acquisitions team in identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting market and company research to identify potential acquisition targets
  • Support in the preparation of due diligence reports and financial models
  • Collaborate with the Mergers and Acquisitions team to develop and implement strategic plans for acquisitions
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to the management team
  • Participate in the implementation of company valuations and financial modeling

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
