Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to international HR projects, taking ownership of work packages
  • Support the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of workshops and strategic HR meetings
  • Participate in the development and implementation of communication measures
  • Assist in creating HR marketing concepts
  • Design and create eLearning courses
  • Participate in international training courses and workshops
  • Support administrative activities
  • Observe training sessions, workshops, and HR meetings

Requirements:

  • Degree in business psychology, business administration, or a comparable field
  • Theoretical knowledge in personnel development, personnel, and organizational development
  • Initial practical experience in personnel work
  • Ability to work independently and creatively
  • Strong communication skills, team work, and organizational talent
  • Good MS Office and English skills
