Accounts Receivable Working Student

As part of our ONEGLOBE initiative, KWS Berlin GmbH is looking for a Working Student Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d) fluent in Russian or Polish and English in Berlin. If you are interested in working independently and service-oriented and if you want to demonstrate that you are self-motivated, a team player, and flexible, we look forward to getting to know you soon. This exciting job is a temporary 6 up to 24 months working student contract.
Your tasks:
- You are in charge of clearing customer payments, performing accounts receivable related payments and clarifying discrepancies with customers.
- You will have constant contact with customers, sales and logistic, credit management and colleagues in other financial departments.
- Moreover, you will participate in preparing the monthly and quarterly closings for the whole KWS Group.
- You assist in creating ageing reports and dunning procedures.
- You execute all activities in compliance to rules, guidelines and procedures of KWS.
Your profile:
- Bachelor degree in progress in either Business administration or Finance.
- General understanding of financial processes.
- Professional level of communication skills to be able to communicate in a proper and formal way with external as well as internal clients.
- Polish or Russian language skills must be at a fluent level.
- Good English language.
- Good organizational as well as prioritizing skills and accountability.
- Experience in finance is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
