As part of our corporate culture, KWS Berlin GmbH is seeking a Working Student Accounts Receivable Accountant fluent in Russian or Polish and English in Berlin. This exciting job is a temporary 6 to 24 months working student contract.

Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for clearing customer payments, performing accounts receivable-related payments, and clarifying discrepancies with customers.
  • You will have constant contact with customers, sales and logistics, credit management, and colleagues in other financial departments.
  • You will participate in preparing the monthly and quarterly closings for the whole KWS Group.
  • You will assist in creating ageing reports and dunning procedures.
  • You will execute all activities in compliance with the rules, guidelines, and procedures of KWS.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor degree in progress in either Business administration or Finance.
  • General understanding of financial processes.
  • Professional level of communication skills to be able to communicate in a proper and formal way with external as well as internal clients.
  • Polish or Russian language skills must be at a fluent level.
  • Good English language.
  • Good organizational, as well as prioritizing, skills and accountability.
  • Experience in finance is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
