Luxcargo Handling S.A., a subsidiary of the Cargolux group, is seeking an IT Application Support Specialist to join their LCH IT department.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent and proven experience in application support or a similar role.
Responsibilities include managing the lifecycle of applications, diagnosing and resolving application issues, documenting application processes, and providing 24/7 support for critical application issues.
The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills in French and English.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience in implementing a "Commercial Off The Shelf" product and knowledge of air cargo handling processes.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage the lifecycle of applications within a defined portfolio
- Diagnose and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance
- Document application processes and support procedures
- Provide 24/7 support for critical application issues
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Proven experience in application support or a similar role
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for database querying and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- Impeccable attention to detail and passion for processes and systems
- Ability to deliver tasks with little guidance and work autonomously
- Knowledge of air cargo handling processes and experience in implementing a "Commercial Off The Shelf" product
