Our job opportunity

Today, we are currently recruiting an Airport Compliance Administrative Support

This is a fixed-term contract until September 2025, to replace a maternity leave.


Your responsibilities


*Your daily tasks

  • Assisting in the preparation, review and updating of regulatory documents and reports to ensure compliance with EASA regulations.
  • Organising and managing electronic and physical files, ensuring that they are up to date and easily accessible.
  • Supporting Compliance staff in compliance monitoring and audits. 
  • Maintaining the document management system 
  • Carrying out general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes at compliance meetings.
  • Contributing to the development and dissemination of compliance training materials and programmes.
  • Preparing regular compliance reports and summaries for management review.
  • Participating in the creation of presentations and reports for regulatory audits and inspections.

  • Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

The required profile

 

Studies / training

Higher education diploma (BAC+2) or equivalent experience

Experience

  • 2 years' experience in compliance.
  • Airport experience is a plus.

Skills and knowledge required


*IT Tools

Mandatory:

Microsoft Office suite


*Languages

Mandatory:

  • French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
  • English: operational level in the business (B1 minimum)

Nice-to-have:

  • German / Luxembourgish: the knowledge of this language would be an asset.
