We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Expert to join our team at TLI, contributing to our company’s growth and becoming a security master.
Your key responsibilities:
- Perform 2nd level security support, ensuring the integrity of our systems and data.
- Manage the Information Security mailbox, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Investigate security events, requests, and incidents, identifying areas for improvement.
- Create incident reports and propose improvement plans to enhance our security posture.
- Assess new products, evaluating their security features and potential risks.
- Run risk analyses, providing recommendations to mitigate potential threats.
- Maintain Security datasets for internal product lines, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Handle Customers’ Security questionnaires, providing detailed responses and ensuring compliance.
- Monitor and improve Information Security Controls, ensuring they remain effective and efficient.
- Develop and maintain Security implementation procedures, documenting best practices.
- Provide security advice to ensure appropriate controls are in place, minimizing risk.
- Report key performance and risk indicators, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Support quality and security management system implementations, ensuring seamless integration.
- Implement Role-Based Access Management, ensuring secure access to sensitive data.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a security role, with a strong background in IT security.
- Incident investigation and response experience, with a proven track record of resolving complex security incidents.
- Microsoft products experience, with a strong understanding of PAM solutions.
- Proactive, autonomous, motivated, well-organized individual with diplomacy and tact skills, able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills to solve issues in a timely manner, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude in a challenging environment, able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Language requirements:
- Excellent command of English, with German a plus.
