Commercial Operations Specialist

Lux-Airport is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to reinforce its Commercial department.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage commercial partnerships to increase sales revenue
- Ensure contract compliance and monitor commercial services
- Develop and implement action plans to drive business growth
- Act as the primary point of contact for commercial partners
Other key tasks:
- Analyze business indicators to inform strategic decisions
- Develop and deploy customer surveys to measure satisfaction
- Support management in establishing the department's budget
Required profile:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years' experience in commercial or retail
Our requirements:
- Fluent English and French
- Microsoft Office suite skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
