Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our HR Operations team in various activities. As an HR Operations Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the HR team in daily tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems.
  • Reviewing our HR ticket system and delegating tickets to the responsible team members.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel and employee files.
  • Serving as an internal contact person for general employment inquiries.
  • Completing job references in a timely manner.
  • Creating employment certificates and other documents.
  • Supporting employees with visa processes.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and up-to-dateness of our internal leave management system.
  • Entering data and profiles into our HR system.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To be enrolled in a college or university in the field of business administration, economics, business psychology, or a comparable field with a focus on human resources.
  • To be looking for a 6-month mandatory internship as part of your studies.
  • To have a high level of commitment, initiative, enthusiasm, and genuine interest in the HR department.
  • To be a team player and enjoy working with others, but also be able to work independently when necessary.
  • To have excellent communication and presentation skills, coupled with a good understanding of customer service.
  • To have good general IT skills, especially with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • To be fluent in German and English, with other languages being a plus.
