As an Area Manager, you will work on a shift pattern at one of our sites, focusing on leading a high-performing team, driving process improvements, and overseeing projects and initiatives. You will be responsible for owning and driving a culture of safety, upholding quality and shift performance standards, and mentoring new managers.

Requirements- Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
- Experience: Relevant experience in people management, logistics operations, and supply chain management, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and leading high-performing teams.
- Communication Skills: Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and intermediate proficiency in local language.
- Technical Skills: Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions, and advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
