**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage warehouse compliance, daily operations, and construction planning;
- Monitor spare parts inventory and implement efficient inventory management systems;
- Audit warehouse and transportation operations to ensure compliance with regulations;
- Manage spare parts purchase, sale, and inventory on SAP;
- Develop and implement training programs for warehouse personnel on storage and transportation processes;
- Manage tools and equipment assets and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery;
- Establish long-term partnerships with local OEMs, End Users, and OSAs.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field;
- Proven experience in spare parts and warehouse management, with a strong understanding of the auto/battery spare parts and logistics industry;
- Proficient in English and Chinese, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
