Campervan Operations Manager

With over one million nights rented through our platform, we've welcomed more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries. We offer a diverse range of road trip possibilities, including short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and vehicle sales.
The RoleWe're seeking a travel enthusiast with a passion for guest service to join our team at our depot in Berglern - Munich. As the face of our company, you'll report directly to the DACH - Operations Area Manager, ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and managing depot operations.
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming reservations, organize vehicle check-ins and check-outs, and coordinate team activities;
- Train, supervise, and coach your team;
- Maintain the fleet, logistics, and ensure our campervans are in top condition;
- Manage workforce planning, inventory, local suppliers, and cleaning services;
- Handle complaints, emergencies, and local issues to ensure smooth operations;
- Assist in reselling campervans, preparing, and showing them to prospective buyers.
- You're a travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
- 1+ years of experience in a team management/lead/supervisory role;
- You're fluent in German and English (mandatory);
- You're eligible to work in Germany, have a valid driver's license, and feel confident driving a campervan;
- You're available to work on weekends and public holidays;
- You're a responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon.
