The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Campervan Fleet Manager in Finsing, Munich. As the face of our company, you'll be responsible for ensuring an exceptional level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming reservations, coordinate vehicle check-ins and check-outs, and oversee team activities;
  • Train, supervise, and coach your team to ensure seamless operations;
  • Maintain the fleet, handle logistics, and ensure our campervans are in excellent condition;
  • Control workforce planning, manage inventory, and coordinate with local suppliers and cleaning services;
  • Handle customer complaints, emergencies, and any local issues that may impact operations;
  • Assist in reselling campervans, preparing them for prospective buyers, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Requirements

  • You're a travel enthusiast with excellent communication skills and experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
  • At least 1 year of experience in a team management or supervisory role;
  • You're fluent in German and English (mandatory);
  • You're eligible to work in Germany, have a valid driver's license, and are comfortable driving a campervan;
  • You're available to work on weekends and public holidays;
  • You're a responsible individual who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon.
