The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Campervan Service Representative in Munich - Berglern. As the face of our company, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and ensuring the smooth operation of our depot.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and handling check-ins and check-outs
  • Preparing and cleaning campervans
  • Maintaining campervans in top condition and monitoring maintenance needs
  • Registering guests, monitoring stock, and processing payments
  • Handling complaints and troubleshooting emergencies

Requirements

  • Travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car
  • Fluent in English (mandatory) and German (desirable)
  • Valid driver's license and confidence to drive a campervan
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays
  • Responsible and well-organized individual
