The Role

We're seeking a travel enthusiast with a passion for guest service to join our team in Munich - Berglern. As a Campervan Service Specialist, you'll be the face of our company, responsible for ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and managing depot operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming reservations, welcome guests, and manage check-ins and check-outs;
  • Prepare and clean our campervans;
  • Maintain our campervans in top condition and monitor maintenance and repairing needs;
  • Register guests, monitor stock, and process payments;
  • Handle complaints and troubleshoot emergencies.

Requirements

  • You're a travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
  • You're fluent in English (mandatory) and German (desirable);
  • You're eligible to work in Germany, have a valid driver's license, and feel confident enough to drive a campervan;
  • You're available to work on weekends and public holidays;
  • You're a responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon;
  • You're well-organized and good at solving problems.
