Deine Aufgaben

Du bist ein/e kreativer*e Eventmanager*in mit Leidenschaft für die Planung und Umsetzung von Veranstaltungen? Dann bist du genau richtig bei uns Konzipiere innovative Messeauftritte und Marketing-Aktionen, um unsere Unternehmensstrategie erfolgreich zu kommunizieren.

  • Konzeption, Planung und Organisation von Events, insbesondere Messeauftritten
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingaktivitäten (online und offline) im Rahmen der Veranstaltungen
  • Controlling des Eventbudgets
  • Beauftragung und Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Partner
  • Interaktion mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
  • Nachbereitung und Evaluierung der Events

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
  • Branchenerfahrung im E-Commerce / B2B Bereich ist von Vorteil
  • Starkes Organisationstalent, hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit, Multitasking und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Reisebereitschaft sowie die Bereitschaft regelmäßig in unserem Kölner Office zu arbeiten (hybride Regelung)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind ein Muss, Kenntnisse einer weiteren europäischen Fremdsprache, wie z.B. Polnisch, Französisch oder Italienisch, sind von Vorteil
