We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Kaufland e-commerce. As a key member of our Marketplace Management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Polish sellers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading e-commerce company, leveraging your expertise in B2B sales and e-commerce to drive business success. You will be working closely with our interdisciplinary project team to develop new features and improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and onboard new Polish sellers to our online marketplaces
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing sellers to drive sales growth
  • Monitor and analyze the competition to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop new features and improve the customer experience
  • Present our marketplace at e-commerce trade fairs and events
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales in the e-commerce sector
  • Strong business network and expertise in the local e-commerce market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive attitude and strong team spirit
  • Excellent English and Polish language skills, with good German language skills a plus
