Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our E-commerce team at Kaufland e-commerce. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Polish sellers, acquiring new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Polish sellers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Present our marketplace at e-commerce trade fairs and events
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in B2B sales in the e-commerce sector
- Strong business network and industry connections
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive attitude and strong team spirit
- Creative mindset and analytical strength
- Excellent English and Polish language skills, with good German language skills a plus
