Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst DACH

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Analyst to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and margin through effective demand planning, inventory management, and trend analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic action plans to optimize sales operations and improve business performance
  • Analyze data and monitor business trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience in sales and demand planning, preferably with major German retailers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
