Analytics Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance reports and dashboards as requested by management.
- Maintain high data quality by regularly auditing CRM data against established criteria.
- Understand business needs to proactively supply relevant data to management.
- Contribute to shaping future business strategies.
Sales Process and CRM Management
- Oversee the complete process of monitoring the sales funnel.
- Design new operational workflows, coordinate with technical teams for implementation, and train users on these processes.
- Engage with the business through participation in sales meetings to identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
User Support for Commercial Operations
- Act as the primary contact for internal colleagues regarding CRM system inquiries and issues, providing support through a ticketing system, email, and calls.
- Assess reported issues and resolve them independently or in collaboration with technical experts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a detail-oriented role such as finance, banking, commercial operations, customer service, or sales support.
- Experience in an IT company or large organization is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn our CRM system and its customizations; prior Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Proficient in common Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent in both German and English.
