About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at PAION Pharma GmbH. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and direction to project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Communication: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including project team members, management, and external partners.
  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, including project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with PAION's quality management system and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate project team members, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress and status.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medicine, Chemistry, or Life Sciences.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of practical industrial experience working in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
  • Skills: Proven experience in project management, strong communication and team building skills, and knowledge of project management tools and practices.
  • Language: Fluency in German and English.
