About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our EU Commercial Team at Amazon Freight. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for recruiting European Shippers to our service, owning and growing Shipper engagements, and ensuring a great Shipper experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit New Shippers: Identify and engage with potential customers to use our products and services.
  • Grow Shipper Engagements: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the portfolio.
  • Improve Shipper Experience: Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities, and execute on business development opportunities.
  • Lead New Projects: Identify and lead new projects or initiatives to solve customer pain points and improve shipper experience.

Amazon Freight is a B2B start-up within Amazon Transportation Services in Europe. We offer a unique technology-driven solution for the logistics needs of small and large businesses, and are scaling rapidly as an offering.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Equivalent degree in a relevant field.
  • Business Development Experience: Experience in business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management.
  • Language Skills: German fluency required.

  • Online Advertising Experience: Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services.
