Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Developer to join our Amazon Freight team in Europe. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving growth in our European market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing relationships.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including shippers, carriers, and other industry partners.
- Analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement solutions to customer pain points.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including leadership, to drive business results.
Amazon Freight is a B2B start-up within Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) in Europe. Our team is responsible for developing and executing transportation solutions for external businesses, using Amazon's technology and network to transport products in bulk across Europe.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business, logistics, or transportation.
- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal German.
- Experience in business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management.
- Relevant experience working in supply chain, freight industries, or consultancy.
