Senior Business Development Manager, Amazon Freight

Amazon Freight is a cutting-edge technology-driven service that enables both small and large businesses to transport products in bulk across Europe. As a Business Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing our strategic portfolios through relationship building, engagement activities, and ensuring a great customer experience.

You will analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities, utilize your extensive network of relationships to gather market intelligence, and execute on business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:- Identify new segments and unlock new strategic customers with best-in-class service.
- Maintain a high level of engagement from potential customers and proactively identify the challenges they are facing.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the portfolio.
- Be the voice of the customer to guide product development and iterations.
- Identify and lead complex projects or initiatives to solve customer pain points and improve experience.
- Communicate ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, to all types of audiences.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English
- Proficiency in written and verbal in one of the following: French, Italian, or Spanish
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- Prior experience working in supply chain, Business Development, or top-tier consulting experiences
- MBA/Master's degree
- Other EU languages
- Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and able to operate in a fluid, ambiguous environment
