About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of Homify by developing new business streams for our English and German speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of the company's overall business plan to exceed targets and goals, developing strategic sales and marketing plans, and mindshare in key accounts.
  • Utilize solution-based selling techniques and develop strong relationships with account leadership and product partners.
  • Prospect new account opportunities and deliver sales and revenue growth.
  • Respond to RFPs by offering compelling business cases and serving as the expert on our Enterprise Project offerings.
  • Establish and manage relevant contractual agreements with corporate clients and strategic partners.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with outstanding sales and negotiation skills, as well as a strong recognition of business opportunities. You should have a good amount of experience in business development and sales, ideally face-to-face and telecommunication. Strong experience with solution and/or consultative selling techniques is also required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Knowledge or contacts from key players in the Home and Living space, as well as an understanding of the main business metrics and models in this field.
