As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting processes across all sub-ledgers of the Group. Your expertise in global tax compliance will be crucial in coordinating with our Group Tax Manager and local tax advisors to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Your responsibilities will include the timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, active involvement in the Senior Finance Team activities, and coordination of tasks related to tax audits. You will also be the main contact person for our auditors and be responsible for cash management, organization of the regular payment run, and administration of bank accounts.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a professional qualification as a CPA, tax advisor, or similar certification, as well as a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. You will also need to have first experience in leading accounting teams and in international accounting, as well as in-depth knowledge of national and international accounting standards (IFRS, German GAAP).

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Ensure accurate and efficient accounting processes across all sub-ledgers of the Group
* Coordinate global tax compliance with Group Tax Manager and local tax advisors
* Prepare and analyze financial statements
* Conduct tax audits
* Manage cash and bank accounts

**Requirements:**

* Professional qualification as a CPA, tax advisor, or similar certification
* Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
* First experience in leading accounting teams and in international accounting
* In-depth knowledge of national and international accounting standards (IFRS, German GAAP)
