We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Academy Associate to join our team at SAP. Key Responsibilities- Prospect, qualify, sell, and close new business to existing and net new customers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
As a Sales Academy Associate, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in cloud sales, customer success, and sales strategy. You will also have access to our world-class training program, which includes classroom phases and field phases with your sales team.

Requirements- 2-3 years' work experience in a quota-carrying sales environment in a technology company or in a role with significant exposure to business processes.
- Strong communication skills, including fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
- Proficient interpersonal skills, including passion, curiosity, effective listening skills, professional presence, empathy, and a 'can-get-it-done' mentality.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders and business functions.
- Strong business acumen, including demonstrated knowledge of business processes and/or industries.
