Sales Operations Expert

At SAP Fioneer, we're on a mission to revolutionize the future of financial services. As a working student in Sales Operations, you'll embark on a transformative journey that will kickstart your career in a global software company with a start-up mentality.
You'll be part of a dynamic team that's tackling real tasks and contributing to impactful projects from day one. Our Sales Operations team is responsible for orchestrating transactions with commercial, administrative, and contractual perspectives, as well as managing knowledge pools, guidelines, and accelerators.
As a Sales Operations expert, you'll support sales management and our sales teams in processing sales transactions with prospects and customers. You'll also act as an interface to corporate functions and other departments within SAP Fioneer, such as Finance, HR, Corporate Strategy, and Sales Support.
Key responsibilities include creating reports and analyses, managing the contract repository, and performing day-to-day processes in the Sales Support team.

Requirements
- Currently studying Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Law, or similar
- Good MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Project management skills would be a plus
- Excellent English language skills and additional languages are a plus
- Good commercial understanding, with experiences in contractual law being an advantage but not required
- Strong communication skills, especially written
- Problem-solving skills
- Willingness to take ownership in sales support processes and transactions
