Junior Project Manager in Traffic Infrastructure Construction

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing construction projects within the traffic infrastructure sector in close collaboration with project management.
  • Organizing and supervising the construction workflow while adhering to technical and economic goals, as well as ensuring compliance with legal standards and construction regulations.
  • Coordinating the allocation of personnel and subcontractors alongside site managers.
  • Maintaining regular communication with both external and internal stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, procurement teams, and estimating departments.

Qualifications

  • A completed degree in civil engineering (Bachelor or Master) or a comparable technical qualification.
  • Preferably, some practical experience in traffic infrastructure construction (e.g., as a Junior Construction Manager).
  • Familiarity with accounting/calculation software (e.g., iTWO) is a plus.
  • A proactive approach, decisiveness, and a focus on achieving goals.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • A valid Class B driving license and readiness to travel.
