About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our Infrastructure projects in Munich. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead infrastructure projects from planning to execution, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to maintain project momentum and resolve issues promptly.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure project profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success and repeat business.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure projects, including transportation, water, and energy.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Proficient in project management software, including MS Project, Primavera, and Asana.
