Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager (m/w/d) for Building Construction to join our team at HOCHTIEF Infrastructure GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the technical, economic, qualitative, timely, organizational, and contractually compliant execution of building projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the technical, economic, qualitative, timely, organizational, and contractually compliant execution of building projects
  • Participation and preparation of subcontractor assignments
  • Monitoring, controlling, and acceptance of subcontractor services
  • Negotiation and processing of change orders
  • Preparation and implementation of acceptance procedures

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or equivalent technical education
  • Several years of experience as a Project Manager (m/w/d) in building construction, preferably in the field of building construction
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, and guidelines for building construction
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Innovative and analytical thinking, result-oriented and cost-conscious action
  • Team player, mobility, and flexible working style
