Job Title: Project Manager in Infrastructure Large Projects
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Infrastructure Large Projects team in Construction Supervision. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and manage project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or project management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the infrastructure sector
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues
