Job Title: Project Manager in Infrastructure Large Projects
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and manage infrastructure large projects in construction supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or project management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in infrastructure projects
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
