Senior Software Developer

Bosch Sicherheitssysteme Engineering GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team in Nürnberg, Germany.
As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, extending, and implementing the Video Streaming Gateway (VSG), evaluating the impact of new features on the VSG, and recognizing dependencies to other software components in a BVMS system.
You will also be in charge of the care and maintenance of the CI/CD pipeline in Azure DevOps, focusing on quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Additionally, you will be responsible for independently analyzing errors, including bug fixing, throughout the entire development process.
Our ideal candidate has many years of professional experience in professional software development, with a strong background in C++ and agile development methods.
They should have a deep understanding of software design and architecture, including OOP concepts, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
Experience with server/client architectures, distributed systems, web services, and API integrations is also highly desirable.
