Job Title: Senior Software Developer

At Danfoss, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our international team. As a key member of our software development organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Refine software requirements, provide development estimates, and design software solutions.
  • Develop and test front- and microservice-based backend components using the latest C# version and corresponding toolsets.
  • Create high-quality code to support the roadmap from maintenance to new feature/product development.
  • Participate in 2nd / 3rd Level support for our global software solution.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Information Technology or a comparable field.
  • Several years of experience in using C# and.NET (core) Framework as well as databases (e.g. MS-SQL or Oracle).
  • Proficiency in Clean Code Development (CCD) and programming design patterns (e.g. GoF or SOLID).
  • Experience in working with Containers (e.g. Docker).
  • Ability to travel occasionally for European or international assignments.
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
