Job Title: Senior Software Developer

At Bosch, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team in Building Technologies. As a key member of our international team, you'll play a crucial role in designing, extending, and implementing the Video Streaming Gateway (VSG) and other software components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement software solutions for video streaming and related systems
  • Evaluate the impact of new features on the VSG and identify dependencies with other software components
  • Develop and maintain the CI/CD pipeline in Azure DevOps, focusing on quality assurance and continuous improvement
  • Ensure the continuous quality assurance and introduction of quality assurance concepts in accordance with other video middleware components
  • Analyze and resolve errors throughout the development process
  • Act as a contact person for technical questions from various stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Completed university studies in computer science, computer engineering, or a comparable subject
  • Many years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on C++
  • Experience with agile development methods, software design, and architecture
  • Knowledge of software design patterns, clean architecture, and distributed systems
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with German and/or Portuguese an advantage
