At Exyte, we're passionate about innovation and engineering excellence. As a Tender Architect, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our construction projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare specifications for construction projects independently.
  • Compile tender documents in close coordination with the team.
  • Provide functional descriptions of all work packages.
  • Coordinate and integrate services of all technical participants.
  • Determine prices for specifications and reconcile budgets with internal and external databases.
  • Maintain the internal database.

What We're Looking For

  • Several years of professional experience in tendering and awarding construction services, ideally with VOB experience.
  • Proficient in using AVA programs, preferably ITWO.
  • Interest in digital tools and AVA-BIM integration.
  • Proficient in German and English.
  • Structured and reliable working style, willingness to work, and excellent communication skills.
