As a Lead Architect at Exyte, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of high-tech markets, including semiconductors, batteries, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and data centers. About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and accurately, within the stipulated budget and schedule. You will oversee the overall Project Work Plan, ensuring that all involved disciplines, trades, and partners are aligned. As a Lead Architect, you will take on tasks and responsibilities on-site and in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans for structural, civil, and industrial engineering, extended shell construction, and finishing trades
  • Process GU and GU projects, defining interfaces with technical building equipment
  • Prepare and evaluate tender documents for construction planning services and realization
  • Manage cost calculations and control subcontractor awards
  • Provide technical construction support during project implementation
  • Lead project teams during project execution

Requirements

  • Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in plant construction, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotechnological, or chemical plants
  • In-depth knowledge of HOAI
  • Fluent knowledge of German and English
  • Structured and reliable work style, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel on-site
