Als Architekt für Ausschreibungen (m/w/d) sind Sie ein wichtiger Bestandteil unseres Teams und tragen maßgeblich dazu bei, dass unsere Bauprojekte reibungslos und effizient ablaufen. Sie bringen nicht nur Ihre Fachkenntnisse und Erfahrungen ein, sondern auch Ihre Begeisterung für Hightech-Anlagen.

  • Selbständige Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen für Bauprojekte.

  • Zusammenstellung aller Ausschreibungsunterlagen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Team.

  • Funktionale Beschreibung aller Leistungspakete.

  • Koordination und Integration der Leistungen aller fachlich Beteiligten.

  • Preisermittlung der Leistungsverzeichnisse und Abgleich von Budgets mit internen und externen Datenbanken.

  • Pflege der internen Datenbank.


  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Ausschreibung und Vergabe von Bauleistungen, idealerweise mit VOB (Vergabe – und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistung) Erfahrung

  • Professioneller Umgang mit den neuesten AVA-Programmen (Ausschreibung, Vergabe, Abrechnung), bestenfalls ITWO.

  • Interesse an digitalen Werkzeugen und der Verknüpfung von AVA und BIM (Building Information Modeling).

  • Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.

  • Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, Arbeitsbereitschaft und ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
