Your Role
As a Tender Architect at Exyte, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects. Your expertise and experience will be invaluable in preparing specifications, coordinating with the team, and providing functional descriptions of work packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain specifications for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Compile and coordinate tender documents, working closely with the team to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide detailed functional descriptions of work packages, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Coordinate and integrate the services of technical participants, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Determine prices for specifications and reconcile budgets with internal and external databases.
- Maintain the internal database, ensuring up-to-date information and accurate records.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in tendering and awarding construction services, preferably with experience in VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures).
- Proficient in using the latest AVA programs (tendering, awarding, billing), preferably ITWO.
- Interest in digital tools and the integration of AVA and BIM (Building Information Modeling).
- Proficient in German and English.
- Structured and reliable working style, willingness to work, and excellent communication skills.
