At Exyte, we are seeking a skilled Tender Architect to join our team. As a key member of our construction projects, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our high-tech facilities.

As a Tender Architect, you will be responsible for preparing specifications for construction projects, compiling tender documents, and providing functional descriptions of all work packages. You will also coordinate and integrate the services of all technical participants, determine prices for specifications, and reconcile budgets with internal and external databases.

Our ideal candidate will have several years of professional experience in tendering and awarding construction services, preferably with experience in VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures). You will also be proficient in using the latest AVA programs, preferably ITWO, and have a strong interest in digital tools and the integration of AVA and BIM (Building Information Modeling).
