Flowserve Operations Clerk Job Summary
Flowserve is a world-leading manufacturer and aftermarket service provider of comprehensive flow control systems. We are seeking a talented and skilled Operations Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth organizational processes, the timely and correct entry of all orders and their changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of valve parts
- Ordering valve parts according to SAP requirements and demand
- Reviewing and booking incoming products
- Allocation of valve parts to orders and storage space
- Preparation and dispatch of outgoing products
- Organization, preparation, and processing of transports incl. direct transports
- Creating, tracking, maintaining, and updating the history of valve documentation
- Proactive internal and external delivery date tracking incl. expediting
- Organizational takeover of the vehicle pool (e.g. workshop appointments, etc.)
- Creating and changing accounts receivable
- Partial takeover of organizational tasks regarding QRC - by mutual agreement
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training in the commercial and/or technical field
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken
- Confident written and spoken English skills are desirable
- SAP knowledge
- Affinity for both technology and office
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
