**Job Summary:**

Flowserve is looking for a skilled General Clerk Operations who will be responsible for the smooth organizational processes, the timely and correct entry of all orders and their changes.

**Your Tasks:

  1. Communication with suppliers
  2. Ordering valve parts according to SAP requirements and demand
  3. Reviewing and booking incoming products
  4. Allocation of valve parts to orders and storage space
  5. Preparation and dispatch of outgoing products
  6. Organization, preparation, and processing of transports incl. direct transports
  7. Creating, tracking, maintaining, and updating the history of valve documentation
  8. Proactive internal and external delivery date tracking incl. expediting
  9. Organizational takeover of the vehicle pool (e.g. workshop appointments, etc.)
  10. Creating and changing accounts receivable
  11. Partial takeover of organizational tasks regarding QRC - by mutual agreement

**Your Profile:

  1. Completed vocational training in the commercial and/or technical field
  2. Fluency in German, both written and spoken
  3. Confident written and spoken English skills are desirable
  4. SAP knowledge
  5. Affinity for both technology and office
  6. Strong communication and teamwork skills
