Flowserve Operations Coordinator

Flowserve Corporation is a world-leading manufacturer and aftermarket service provider of comprehensive flow control systems. As a General Clerk Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth organizational processes and timely entry of all orders and their changes. This role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as proficiency in SAP and fluency in German. If you have completed vocational training in the commercial and/or technical field and possess a strong affinity for both technology and office work, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication with suppliers and ordering valve parts according to SAP requirements and demand
  • Reviewing and booking incoming products, allocating valve parts to orders and storage space
  • Preparation and dispatch of outgoing products, organization of transports
  • Creating, tracking, maintaining, and updating the history of valve documentation
  • Proactive internal and external delivery date tracking and expediting
  • Organizational takeover of the vehicle pool and creating and changing accounts receivable
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training in the commercial and/or technical field
  • Fluency in German, both written and spoken
  • Confident written and spoken English skills are desirable
  • SAP knowledge and affinity for both technology and office work
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
