Job Summary

Flowserve is seeking a skilled General Clerk Operations to ensure the smooth execution of organizational processes, timely and accurate entry of orders, and efficient management of inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of valve parts
  • Process and manage orders, including reviewing and booking incoming products
  • Allocate valve parts to orders and storage space, ensuring efficient inventory management
  • Prepare and dispatch outgoing products, including organizing and processing transports
  • Maintain accurate records of valve documentation, including creating, tracking, and updating histories
  • Proactively track delivery dates, including expediting as needed
  • Assist with organizational tasks related to the vehicle pool, including workshop appointments
  • Manage accounts receivable, including creating and changing accounts
Requirements
  • Vocational training in a commercial or technical field
  • Fluency in German, both written and spoken
  • Confident written and spoken English skills
  • SAP knowledge
  • Affinity for technology and office work
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
