Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and skilled General Clerk Operations who will be responsible for the smooth organizational processes, the timely and correct entry of all orders and their changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of valve parts
  • Order valve parts according to SAP requirements and demand
  • Review and book incoming products
  • Allocate valve parts to orders and storage space
  • Prepare and dispatch outgoing products
  • Organize, prepare, and process transports, including direct transports
  • Create, track, maintain, and update the history of valve documentation
  • Proactively track internal and external delivery dates, including expediting
  • Take over organizational tasks regarding the vehicle pool, including workshop appointments
  • Create and change accounts receivable
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training in the commercial and/or technical field
  • Fluency in German, both written and spoken
  • Confident written and spoken English skills are desirable
  • SAP knowledge
  • Affinity for both technology and office
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
